Join us for an immersive 3-day hands-on class at the beautiful Willow-Witt Ranch in Southern Oregon, where you'll learn to harvest, butcher, and cook naturally grass-fed fallow deer. Led by Brock, this weekend experience includes expert instruction, lodging, and farm-to-table meals.
